Change of mind

Our shirts are printed to order. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges solely for a change of mind. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact The Irony Shirt through our contact page. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos where possible. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights apply to printed-to-order products as well.
